Easy Returns
While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.
That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
To request an eligible return, email sales@extremekidsworld.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us before shipping anything back to confirm return eligibility, applicable restocking fees and return shipping requirements.
Eligible returns will be refunded for the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.
Custom or made-to-order items are not returnable. Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which varies by brand and product.
LA SIESTA returns: Returns of LA SIESTA products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Bijou returns: Returns of Bijou products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.
All returns require authorization before the item is shipped back. Products must be unopened, unused and in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
The product being returned must not have been manufactured upon order or installed. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial-grade play equipment (Sports Play Inc), Wesco Ball Pits and products where colors, stains or size options must be manufactured for a specific order (Swing Kingdom Playsets).

If items are returned with visual signs of wear or have any issues due to use, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Damages
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@extremekidsworld.com the day of delivery.
For non-freight orders, Extreme Kids World will cover shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. For freight orders, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include sending replacement parts.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
Orders for items that are not custom or made to order may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Custom or made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to the applicable return policy and fees.
Other Return Policy Notes:
- Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return
- Extreme Kids World only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
