Shipping
Shipping is free within the continental United States except for Swing Kingdom Playsets.
Oversize and Heavy Items:
Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless. The surcharge will be noted on the product page. Freight items are typically shipped within 5-7 business days after processing but can take longer.
We’re just as excited as you are to get your playset delivered and ready for backyard fun—but before our delivery team arrives, there are a few important things you’ll need to take care of to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Prepare Your Site Before Delivery
Please be sure the area where your playset will be installed is completely cleared of any items or obstacles. Also, clear any paths or access areas our delivery team will use.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that pets and small children are kept out of the delivery area while the crew is on-site.
Freight Deliveries Are Curbside Only
Many playsets and larger items ship via freight, not standard UPS or FedEx. That means those deliveries are curbside only. The delivery team will bring the shipment as close to the curb as safely possible—but please note:
Many freight trucks cannot access driveways, even short ones, due to weight or clearance issues (yes, even that tiny bump at the end of the driveway can be a problem).
Be prepared to move your playset from the curb to its final location. These shipments can be large and heavy, so having a second set of hands (or a dolly) on hand is a good idea!
Delivery Timing & Adult Presence Required
Deliveries typically take place during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM). An adult must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
They work hard to stay on schedule, but delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors can happen. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Access Requirements for Freight Trucks
To ensure your delivery goes off without a hitch, your road must meet these requirements:

At least 10 feet wide

Free of low-hanging trees, wires, or other obstructions

No weight restrictions

Driveway or drop-off location must be safe and accessible - Freight trucks can only travel as far as the driver deems it safe (i.e. driving a 14-wheeler up a narrow twisted driveway won't happen).
Note: Some metro or remote areas may incur additional delivery fees.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to sales@extremekidsworld.com, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will reach out to you via phone and/or e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made and void the pre-authorization if you do not want to wait for the item to come back in to stock.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) or you choose to wait, we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to you.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@extremekidsworld.
International Orders:
Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the US market. This means that they require a 120V electrical system to function correctly.
Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards, but all of our products are certified to US standards.
We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote for you on request.
