The built-in picnic table gives kids a place to gather without dragging extra furniture outside, while the clubhouse offers enough room for imaginative play in a compact footprint.

Install the clubhouse on a level surface with suitable clearance from fences, structures, trees, utility lines, and other obstructions.
WoodGuard uses a solid wood core protected by a polymer coating. The smooth exterior helps reduce splinters and the routine sanding, staining, and sealing associated with unfinished wood. It is also designed to help protect the wood beneath from moisture, UV exposure, rot, and insect damage.
Select the clubhouse finish, roof color, and whether you would like the raised garden planter included. Review all three selections before adding the clubhouse to your cart so the configuration matches the look and play features you want.
The components arrive ready for residential assembly with hardware and instructions. More than one adult is recommended for setup.
Nonresidential, public, or commercial use voids the residential warranty.
The Congo Clubhouse ships by freight. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment after the shipment reaches the local terminal. Delivery is typically curbside, so plan for help moving the shipment to the assembly area. Inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
