Congo Playset order processing time is 2-4 weeks depending on color and add-ons chosen.
Actual freight shipping time varies based on location. It can take 2-10 business days for shipping.
Playsets are shipped via freight truck on 1-2 pallets. These pallets contain 4-8 boxes per pallet. They are packaged in 8ft long boxes, which can be moved off the pallet with 2 people.
Shipping is a curbside liftgate freight shipment. A delivery appointment is required. The carrier is responsible for removing the item via liftgate and delivering it to the nearest point of the driveway/curb. This means the delivery driver is responsible for unloading the freight via liftgate and placing the pallet(s) to the nearest point to them on the curb/end of driveway.

United StatesWe are outside on this swing-set almost everyday. My one and three year old love it. We added a baby swing on so both the girls can swing. We hope the set will handle the Minnesota weather, and are looking forward to having no maintenance. Shani was super helpful in answering all of our questions about the set and getting it ordered. We would definitely order from the site again!
Overall my kids have enjoyed the play set. The quality so far has been great especially considering the harsh weather conditions a Minnesota winter can bring. My one complaint is if you do add a sandbox and cover there is no way to attach the bench seats for the picnic table - seems like a miss.
The only way to go! This is our second Congo Playset from KidWise Outdoors. We had one at our previous home for many years and the kids loved it so much, we couldn't bear the thought of not having one at our new home when we moved. The first Congo Playset we owned still looked brand new, several years after purchase. It is a good quality product and does not splinter in the Vegas heat. We have only had our current Playset for 1 year and the kids have spent so much time on it we feel we have already gotten our money's worth. We really feel that it adds to the beauty of the yard, unlike metal swing sets or wooden ones that need constant maintenance. We have had friends go through multiple swing sets due to the heat while ours stays looking perfect.
We bought and built this as a Christmas surprise for our two young kids. They've played on it almost every day (with half-decent weather) since. We're looking forward to many more years of fun backyard play and especially to minimal maintenance. This playground is truly top quality and well worth the cost over 'similar' wooden playgrounds. We have no doubts that this playground will outlast our kids interest in it as they grow up. It won't be subjected to the harsh and rapid weathering other play systems see, like fading and splintering. Setting up delivery was easy, and everything was very well packaged. We only had a couple small hiccups during assembly with the diagrams, instructions, and parts not matching exactly, but it wasn't anything we couldn't figure out a correction for. If you're considering getting this...get it. It's worth it.
