Congo Monkey Play System #2 adds a lower 3-foot sundeck to the classic 5-foot Congo fort, giving younger or less-confident kids a more approachable place to join active backyard play. For families with kids at different confidence levels, this backyard playground provides two deck heights without moving into a much larger multi-tower layout.

The lower sundeck gives smaller climbers a place to build confidence while the main fort, rock wall, slide, swings, and trapeze keep the playset interesting as kids grow. It can be especially helpful when one child is ready for bigger climbing challenges and another still benefits from a lower play area.

Congo Monkey Play System #2: Low-Maintenance WoodGuard Construction

WoodGuard uses a treated solid-wood core protected by a polymer coating. The smooth outer surface helps reduce splinters and routine sanding, staining, or sealing while protecting the wood beneath from weather and insects. The pictures include a WoodGuard cross-section so you can see the solid wood inside the protective coating.

Congo Monkey Play System #2: Assembly and Warranty

The lumber arrives pre-cut and pre-drilled. More than one adult is recommended for assembly, with an expected build time of 8–16 hours depending on experience.

Congo Monkey Play System #2 Delivery

This playset ships by LTL freight with curbside liftgate delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult should be available to inspect the shipment and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt.
