Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless. The surcharge will be noted on the product page.

Freight shipped items are typically shipped within 5-7 business days but may take longer.  The freight company will call you to schedule your delivery.

The oversized item will be delivered to your driveway only. If receiving a large item, please have at least 2 people to unload item from the freight truck.

Freight trucks can only travel as far as the driver deems it safe (i.e. driving a 14-wheeler up a narrow twisted driveway)

Fantastic product!

This is a really high quality playset--so much better than anything from the other mass-produced brands. Really substantial with a LOT preassembled, and for the primary posts and beams, predrilled holes and pencil-mark guides. Don't hesitate if you are looking for something safe, substantial, and easy to assemble, and that your kids will love!

Papa & Grandma's Park

We purchased the Ultimate Swing set for our special granddaughter a few months ago and I am so happy I found the Swingset Co. It was shipped directly to me very quickly. It was very easy to assemble following the step by step instructions. There were a lot of extras most companies charge extra for and were great additions to it. It is very well constructed with solid materials that will last a long time. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and easy to contact and answer any question I might have had. I want to thank everyone at The Swingset Co and would highly recommend them without hesitation. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Nice Swing Set!

We purchased the Ultimate Swingset in May for our 2-year-old son's birthday, and it is a hit! His large motor skills have improved tremendously thanks to the ladder and climbing wall; he loves the slides, swings, and trapeze, and the picnic table and chalkboard are great 'extras' that many other manufacturers don't offer. I consider myself somewhat handy and was ready to take this assembly on alone. I had a friend help me on a Saturday from about 10a-3p, after working on it alone for 2-3 hours the night before. The tube slide is the most time-consuming part, but this set is a cinch compared to others you'd find at big box retailers. The lumber is solid, I will be staining/sealing it soon. Kudos to The Swingset Company for making a great product and providing terrific customer service as well!

Love it!!!

We ordered the Ultimate Swing Set and could not be happier. The swing set shipped quickly. The biggest parts came preassembled, which was a big help with building. I had misplaced a part of the directions and called the company for help and they were very easy to get ahold of and get assistance from. Overall the product is great, with high quality materials and easy instructions. Would absolutely recommend! So happy to use a small company vs a big box store!

Solid Set!

We researched many companies before selecting Swingset Co. We liked how everything was broken down on the website. We even called to ask a few questions and got a very nice gentleman on the phone who was able to answer our questions on delivery. We ended up going with the Ultimate Swing Set. The shipping process was stress free. Y'all, clearly a lot of thought went into packing these pallets. Extremely well packed. The instructions are better than any other “Some assembly required” furniture we've ever bought. The pre-drilled holes where all on target, boards all labeled. The assembly process was incredibly easy. The best thing is, the kids love it. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
