• No swing seats are listed in the current configuration. The listed three-position climber beam is 8 feet high.
• ABC/sign-language and Tic-Tac-Toe panels, transfer station and first step, mounting ladder, 3 × 7-foot rope rock wall, 5 × 7-foot vertical cargo net and six anchors.

• Manufacturer-listed space needed, width × depth: 38 × 42 feet.
• Manufacturer-listed occupancy: 10–12 children. This is not a per-child weight rating.
• Manufacturer model age category: 5–12 years. Individual components may have narrower limits.

The equipment footprint is smaller than the planned play area. Have the installer confirm use zones, overhead clearance, anchors, drainage and protective surfacing for the exact layout. Obtain the model-specific instructions and per-user limits before installation; supervise play and follow each component’s restrictions.

Confirm Site Suitability and Access

Swing Kingdom’s commercial warranty applies to qualifying equipment at a privately owned establishment installed by a certified Swing Kingdom installer. The manufacturer states that it builds to CPSC and ASTM standards but has not tested these sets for general public use. Confirm suitability for the intended facility before ordering. Transfer stations and ADA-designated components do not, by themselves, establish that the complete installation meets accessibility requirements.

Materials, Care and Warranty

The frame uses structural wood protected by vinyl components. Inspect the structure, fasteners, ropes, moving parts, anchors and surfacing regularly and follow the supplied maintenance instructions. Clean vinyl with mild soap and water. Repair damage before allowing further use.

The manufacturer describes limited 20-year coverage for vinyl PVC and structural wood and five-year coverage for qualifying canopies, slides, metal, swings and accessories. Coverage is for the original purchaser at the original installation address and requires a certified Swing Kingdom installer and qualifying use at a privately owned establishment. Wear, neglected maintenance, improper installation, misuse and other exclusions apply; alteration or relocation can void coverage. Shipping and return-freight costs are not covered. Megaphones, binoculars, spotlights, telescopes, steering wheels and ship wheels are excluded from the commercial five-year accessory coverage. Request the full applicable warranty with your quote.
