I thoroughly did my research prior to purchasing this trampoline. There are several others on the market for less, but the quality and customer service along with this trampoline is unparalleled. I had an issue with the net soon after the trampoline was purchased and assembled. Pearl from customer service went above and beyond at timely rectifying the situation. This trampoline is worth every penny, and the kids have already spent many hours enjoying it.
Their customer service is the best. I had a problem I contacted them by email . In less then a day Angie emailed me asked for more information. In two days time I had an answer in a week I had what I needed. They were great!!!! Angie was fantastic.

This trampoline is wonderful! We bought the 14'x8' one and it is a great size. One piece bent when we were putting it together the first time, so a tip, just make sure all the horizontal poles are pushed in to each other ALL the way before attaching the springs. We figured out that was our problem. But Jenna from their customer service was wonderful! She was super helpful in sending us a replacement part for free so we were able to get the trampoline set up for the kids! And they LOVE it!
