Jumping Limits and Yard Planning
One jumper at a time; ages 6 and up with adult supervision. ACON lists a standard user limit of 242.5 lb (110 kg). The 970 lb static frame test is not a jumping-weight limit. Do not attempt somersaults or use the trampoline when wet or in strong winds.
Allow at least 24 feet of unobstructed height from ground level and at least 6 feet (2 m) of clear space from structures on every side. Follow the manual’s metric clearance where measuring precisely. Install on a level surface away from other play equipment; do not install over concrete, asphalt or brick. The enclosure footprint alone is not the total space required.
Assembly and In-Ground Planning
Read both guides before assembly. Assembly requires at least two people, including an adult. Installation services and excavation are not included.
Download the Gen 2.0 round trampoline assembly instructions and download the trampoline and enclosure user manual.
Considering an in-ground installation? ACON publishes separate guidance, but its general user manual also restricts burying standard trampolines. Confirm the approved method for your exact model with ACON before excavation. Review the separate in-ground installation guide.
Care and Manufacturer Warranty
Inspect the frame, springs, mat, pad and enclosure before every use. Clean frame tubes, padding and enclosure sleeves with mild detergent, rinse and dry. Follow the manual for anchoring, strong-wind removal, winter storage and snow clearance; year-round use does not mean maintenance-free use.
ACON lists 10 years for the frame, five years for springs and jumping mat, two years for the safety pad, and one year for the net, ladder and other parts. Coverage is subject to manufacturer terms for defects under normal residential use; wear, misuse and installation costs are excluded.
