BenchK Gymnastics Accessories A204/A076

Some kids want to hang from everything. The BenchK A204/A076 set gives your kiddo rings and a rope swing to use on compatible BenchK wall bars, with you nearby to supervise.

Use the rings for hanging and grip practice, or switch to seated swinging and rope climbing. Choose light beech A204 or oak-tone A076 to suit your setup.

What Comes with the BenchK A204/A076 Gymnastics Accessories

• A pair of beech-plywood gymnastics rings with straps: Gives your kiddo a place for supervised hanging and grip practice.
• A cotton rope with a wooden swing: Adds rope climbing and seated swinging to the same wall-bar station.

Sold separately: BenchK wall bars, a compatible wooden or steel pull-up bar and a suitable protective exercise mat.

Setting Up Your BenchK Gymnastics Rings and Rope Swing

Hang the accessories from a compatible BenchK wooden or steel pull-up bar exactly as shown in the guide. Check the attachments and ring-strap buckles before each use.

Leave clear space for the full movement of the rings and swing, and place a suitable mat underneath. The rings, rope and swing need movement space beyond the wall bars themselves.

Using the BenchK A204/A076 Gymnastics Accessories Safely

The accessory limit is 176 lb (80 kg), even when the supporting wall bars have a higher rating. One user at a time. Kids ages 3–14 need adult supervision; children under 3 must not use the set.

Use the swing seated, never standing. Keep your head out from between the ring straps and never wrap the rope around your body.
