The trainer unit measures approximately 5⅛ × 4⅜ × 3⅜ in. (13 × 11 × 8.5 cm). The handles have textured rubber grips. This package weighs approximately 6.6 lb (3.0 kg).

Maximum user weight is 330 lb (150 kg). Use only a suitable anchor, with installation and use instructions appropriate to that mounting method.

Planning Space for Your BenchK Recoil S2 Trainer

Choose a level, non-slip exercise area free of obstacles. Allow approximately 1.5 times your height in length and at least your arm span in width, with enough space for the full exercise movement. The compact trainer dimensions do not describe the workout area.

Using and Checking Your BenchK Recoil S2 Trainer

Suitable for home and supervised commercial training. Check the straps and anchor before every session, and keep straps away from sharp or abrasive surfaces.

Adjust strap length only when the straps are unloaded. Before applying weight, make sure the locking button has returned fully outward.
