BenchK Wall Bars 231

Your workout may change from one session to the next. The BenchK 231 gives you wall bars and a removable six-grip steel pull-up bar that can move to suitable rung positions for different exercises.

You can also set up the PB3 bar as a barbell rest when you follow its instructions. That gives you another training option from the same attachment. A barbell and weights are separate, so you can choose those for your routine.

What Comes with the BenchK Wall Bars 231

• BenchK Series 2 wall bars with eight beech rungs provide the base for the pull-up bar and a place for supported stretches.
• The PB3 removable six-grip steel pull-up bar can be repositioned for pulling exercises or set up as a barbell rest as instructed.

Barbell and weights, dip station, workout bench, gymnastics accessories, mat and mounting kits are sold separately.

The pull-up bar measurements describe that attachment. They don’t give the complete installed distance from the wall or the clear space you’ll need to exercise. The steel pull-up bar is wider than the ladder.

Before ordering, check your ceiling height and wall construction. The frame needs a suitable vertical wall, secure mounting and support from the floor. Drywall alone cannot hold this equipment.

• Wood-stud walls need the compatible WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 Series 2 wall-holder kit and suitable structural fasteners.
• Suitable brick or concrete walls need the PS8 masonry-anchor kit for direct mounting. The wall must be at least 12 cm thick; allow at least 4.73 inches. A stud-wall holder isn’t needed for this installation.

Mounting kits are sold separately. Frame assembly fittings are included, but structural wall screws and anchors aren’t. Have a qualified installer check the wall and fasteners. Keep the space around and in front of the equipment clear for the full movement of each exercise. Leave room above and around the pull-up bar.

For home use or a supervised studio, school or therapy space, follow the installation, inspection and use instructions for the wall bars and every attachment. Each accessory has its own load limit; the frame rating does not increase it.

Use the equipment one person at a time. It isn’t suitable for kids under 3, and kids ages 3–14 need adult supervision. Follow the assembly and safety guide for the wall bars and each attachment.
