BenchK Wall Bars 723

If your home workouts include pull-ups, dips and bench exercises, the BenchK 723 brings those pieces together. Its nine-rung wall bars come with a fixed six-grip pull-up bar, a dip station and a reversible workout bench with leg-support rollers.

Use the pull-up bar for your pulling sets, the dip station for dips and supported knee raises, and the bench for the exercises covered in its guide. Choose a black or white frame, then plan enough floor space for the bench in every position you intend to use. Barbell and weights are sold separately.

• Series 7 wall bars with nine beech rungs: Provide the base for the attachments and handholds for stretching between exercises.
• PB2 fixed six-grip steel pull-up bar: Gives you several grip positions for pull-ups at the top of the wall bars.
• DB1 dip station with armrests and back support: Supports dips and knee raises, adding a separate exercise position to the set.
• B1 reversible workout bench with leg-support rollers: Adds seated and bench exercises, with rollers to support your legs in the positions shown in its instructions.

• Materials and finish: Powder-coated steel frame with solid beech rungs. Choose black or white.
• Wall-bar maximum user weight: 330 lb (150 kg).
• PB2 maximum user weight: 330 lb (150 kg).
• PB2 attachment size: About 45⅞ in. wide × 20¼ in. deep (116.4 × 51.5 cm).
• B1 bench maximum user weight: 330 lb (150 kg). This is the user-weight rating; confirm the permitted combined load and bench position before adding weights.
• Manufacturer warranty: 10 years on metal components and 2 years on other components, subject to its terms and exclusions.

The steel pull-up bar is wider than the ladder. The attachment measurements describe the component itself, not the full installed distance from the wall or the clear space you need for exercise.

Installing Your BenchK Wall Bars 723

Mount the wall bars to a suitable vertical wall with the frame supported on the floor. Assembly fittings are supplied; structural wall screws and anchors must be selected for your wall and are not supplied. Have a qualified installer confirm the wall structure and fasteners before installation.

• Wood-stud walls: Use the compatible WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 Series 7 wall-holder kit.
• Brick or concrete: For suitable masonry at least 12 cm thick (allow at least 4.73 in.), use the PS12 masonry-anchor kit for direct mounting. A stud-wall holder is not needed for this installation.
• Drywall: Never mount to drywall alone. Mounting kits are sold separately.

Keep the floor in front clear for the full movement of each exercise, with clear space around the equipment. Allow space above and around the pull-up bar for safe use. Leave additional room for the dip station and the bench in each intended position.

Using Your BenchK Wall Bars 723 Safely

Use the equipment one person at a time. It is not suitable for kids under 3, and kids ages 3–14 need adult supervision. Follow the assembly and safety instructions for the wall bars and every attachment, including each separate load limit. A higher frame rating does not increase an accessory’s capacity.

Follow the B1 bench guide for each exercise and position. Check its own load limits before use; the wall-bar rating does not set the bench limit.

For home training and supervised commercial settings such as studios and schools, the installation, inspection and use must meet the applicable instructions.
