BenchK Wall Bars & Gymnastics Set 711

Climbing, hanging from rings or taking a seated swing: your kiddo has a few ways to play with the BenchK 711 wall bars and gymnastics set. The nine beech rungs and adjustable wooden pull-up bar also give an older sibling or parent a place for stretches and pull-ups. Everyone takes a turn, with an adult supervising kids.

This set includes the gymnastics accessories, so you can plan for them from the start. Choose the black frame with the A076 kit or the white frame with the A204 kit. Set it up in a room with at least 98½ inches of ceiling height, and leave clear space for the rings and swing to move. An exercise mat is a separate purchase.

How does this 711 set differ? The base BenchK 711 includes wall bars and an adjustable wooden pull-up bar; this set adds the rings and rope swing. Installing Your BenchK Wall Bars & Gymnastics Set 711

Mount the wall bars to a suitable vertical wall with the frame supported on the floor. Assembly fittings are supplied; structural wall screws and anchors must be selected for your wall and are not supplied. Have a qualified installer confirm the wall structure and fasteners before installation.

• Wood-stud walls: Use the compatible WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 Series 7 wall-holder kit.
• Brick or concrete: For suitable masonry at least 12 cm thick (allow at least 4.73 in.), use the PS12 masonry-anchor kit for direct mounting. A stud-wall holder is not needed for this installation.
• Drywall: Never mount to drywall alone. Mounting kits are sold separately.

Keep the floor in front clear for the full movement of each exercise, with clear space around the equipment. Allow space above and around the pull-up bar for safe use. Leave clear space around the moving rings and swing, and use a suitable exercise mat underneath.

Using Your BenchK Wall Bars & Gymnastics Set 711 Safely

Use the equipment one person at a time. It is not suitable for kids under 3, and kids ages 3–14 need adult supervision. Follow the assembly and safety instructions for the wall bars and every attachment, including each separate load limit. A higher frame rating does not increase an accessory’s capacity.

Hang the rings and seated rope swing from the BenchK pull-up bar as instructed. The gymnastics accessories are for one user at a time, up to 176 lb (80 kg). Use the swing seated, never standing. A suitable exercise mat is sold separately.

For home training and supervised commercial settings such as studios and schools, the installation, inspection and use must meet the applicable instructions.
