It pairs the shaded Bijou Haven with the roomy 5-foot Sky Hover Swing, creating a backyard spot for reading, daydreaming, gentle swinging, imaginative play, or simply taking a break when everything feels a little too busy.

Unlike the climbing-focused Mainstay, the Nest is designed more for hanging out. It works especially well for families who want an outdoor retreat that feels inviting in the yard, on a deck, or on a patio while still giving kids a place that feels like their own.

Bijou Nest Bundle Wood Requirements & Options

The Nest requires 5 standard 10 ft pressure-treated 2x4s. No special cuts are required.

Choose With Wood if you want Bijou to coordinate the compatible lumber with the order. Choose Without Wood if you prefer to purchase the pressure-treated 2x4s locally.

Bijou Nest Bundle Placement & Staking Requirements

For the standard Nest configuration shown here, Bijou says the Nest/Haven does not require staking because the side panels are not weight-bearing. That makes it suitable for grass, decks, and patios when assembled according to Bijou’s instructions.

If you later attach a weight-bearing accessory such as a Rambler Rope Bridge, the structure must be staked using the appropriate anchoring system. Always follow the instructions for the exact configuration you are using.
