Plan the complete safety zone before ordering, including swing travel and slide exits. Allow at least 6 ft. around the playset and follow any larger clearances shown in the assembly manual. Install on a level site with suitable protective surfacing, and follow the individual component weight limits.

Summerville Deluxe Swing Set Assembly, Care and Delivery

Assembly is required. Follow the manual for anchoring, hardware checks and ongoing maintenance. Apply an appropriate playground sealant within the first 90 days and maintain the wood as directed. The limited warranty covers lumber for 10 years and accessories for 1 year, subject to its terms.

Ships by freight with curbside delivery to the lower 48 included in the price. Installation and moving the shipment from the curb to your play area are your responsibility. Contact Extreme Kids World before ordering if you need liftgate service or have delivery-access questions.
