Mira™ Balance Board Age and Use Guidance

Mira is recommended for kids ages 6 through 16 and adults. It is not recommended for kids under age 6. Adult supervision is recommended, especially while a new user is learning how the board moves. Use on a flat, stable surface with enough open space around the board.
